About us
We have been running this tours for more than 5 years. We are
passionate about cycling, nature, sports... and about showing everyone
the best of our country.
We organize this tour together with the best travel agencies
in Costa
Rica.
How many people can participate?
These tours are design for a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 24
bikers.
Special offers will be possible for the first people to join, so
don’t hesitate and join as soon as possible!!
What is included?
Transfers from airport to hotel and from hotel to airport, on
the days provided for arrival and departure.
Transfers from San Jose to
the Pacific coast and back to San José from
the Caribbean side.
6 days guide/driver and assistance vehicule to transport luggage
and bikers.
6 days cycling guide (from 8 people).
7 nights. 2 in San José and
5 on the tour, with breakfast.
6 days picnic lunch.
What is not included?
-Dinners, because we are sure that it ‘s better (and cheaper) to
eat what you want paying directly to the restaurants (dinner,
incluiding drinks as juices or beers, cost about $10).
-Bike rent, because many people prefers to bring his own. Don’t
hesitate to ask us if you prefer to rent.
-Travel insurance, as it is much better (and cheaper) to get it
in your own country.
-Arrivals before or departures after, the provided dates. Don’t
hesitate to ask, as well as any other information about spending more
days in Costa
Rica.
How is the lodging?
7 nights with breakfast are included.
In San
José, 2 nights in 3 stars hotel
and probably in double room (may be triple according to the size of the
group, and the rooms available). Of course, couples will not share room
with any other participant.
On the tour, every night is different, as we pass by very
touristic beaches, as well as very remote valleys... But don’t worry!!
Bikers always tell us that lodging is good and always better than they
expected!!
The bike tour
Most of this tour goes trough quiet country
roads (paved and unpaved). All this tour will be followed by our
assistance car.
Optional single and double tracks sections will be available some
days, according to the group, the weather... This sections usually
cann’t be followed by vehicules, so from 4 to 7 people, as there will
be no biking guide, we will give you the tracks and sketchs to make
them. From 8 people, a biking guide will we with you in these sections.

Physical level
Medium/high, not because of km, but because of some hard climbs.
The assistance car will be available in case someone gets
tired...
Technical level
Easy/medium technical level.
High technical level in some optional sections.
What if I get tired.
No problem. You just have to wait for the assistance car.
Bike rent
Please, send us an email with your height and the specifications
you would like your bike to have.
Prices and discounts
Regular price is $1490
(about 1190€ / 930£), but some discount are available, specially
according to the date you join the tour. Don’t hesitate to ask.
Prices are in US dollars.
Final prices in other coins will be adjusted 72 hours before the
begining of the tour, according to the New York Times currency web
page: http://markets.on.nytimes.com/research/markets/currencies/currencies.asp
Legal documents
Most countries can come to Costa Rica with just his passport (with a minimun validity of 6 months
after your arrival). If you have any doubt please, don’t hesitate to
ask!!
How to join-in? You just need to send
as your personal data and $200 by Visa or bank transference. The rest
of the money will be paid by Credit card or cash (cash in $ will have
5% discount) upon your arrival in Costa Rica.
What happens if after join, I have to cancel?
In every case, we will do our best so you will get your $200
back. Here are some examples...
If you have to cancel 30 days before the begining of the tour,
and finally there more than 4 participants...
-We will give you your money back, except $50 for bank transfers
and other expenses.
-Or you can send a friend in your place (and he should give you
your money back). In this case, your friend will get the same price and
discounts you were getting.
-Or we will keep all your money for whenever you can participate
in the furure.
If you have to cancel in the last 30 days, or finally there are
less than 4 participants, it will be more difficult, but again, we will
do our best!!
What if I can arrive earlier or leave later?
Great for you!! Costa Rica is a wonderful country to visit. Don’t hesitate to ask us if
you need any help.
